If your organisation gets tied up by dealing with requests for shift swaps, exchanges, hand-backs, extra work etc. You need the Swap Shop. This is a comprehensive facility for your workers to submit and exchange their shifts on-line. You simply receive an email when a change is firmly agreed by the parties involved. | SMS Text Messaging
Sometimes email is not the ideal method of communicating urgently with people who may not be near their computers or who use them infrequently. If you need to get an urgent message through or simply remind or inform someone about something important, text messaging may be the best solution. This module integrates SMS (text messaging) with NetMaster and the Swap Shop. Fully user-definable opt-in lists are provided and you can specify which events trigger messages. NetMaster and SMS subscription required. |
