Consultancy
All new IQUS customers – are given a named contact as their Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and driving their implementation project to completion.
The implementation process begins with a consultancy session to ensure IQUS has a detailed understanding of the nature, structure and objectives of your organisation. From this the Project Manager will produce a structured implementation plan tailored to the customer’s needs.
IQUS Consultancy is also available for other, more complex projects too. For example where complicated integration challenges exist or where bespoke software is required.
