Rota Master is now available on the Cloud
IQUS Limited, authors of Rota Master, the UK’s market leading rostering software for unscheduled care providers, announced today that its flagship product Rota Master is now available as a fully hosted Software-as-a-Service offering on its own remote hosting platform. This is in response to growing sector demand for hosted solutions that reduce the need for maintaining and supporting local hardware resources. Another key driver is the requirement to have robust disaster recovery and off-site backup arrangements in place to satisfy the requirements of good corporate governance as well as regulatory frameworks such as CQC and IGSoc.
IQUS has been working with a number of key customers over recent months and now has a robust and cost-effective platform that delivers a fast, resilient system with the added advantages of availability anywhere: a significant benefit in itself where access may often be needed from off-site locations where the only connection is an internet connection.

The Time & Attendance Module is officially launched today and is the first of several new modules in the company’s development roadmap for 2012.

New Offices For IQUS
IQUS has settled into new extended premises in Wakefield. They were fortunate enough to be able to extend into vacant offices next door which involved knocking a great big hole in the dividing wall! They now have 1800 square feet, which has given everyone more space, and a brand new dedicated training facility.
New IQUS Training Facility
IQUS has set upa new, dedicated training facility with hands-on computer access for all trainees. This provides a pleasant environment for learning and means customers can get away from their normal day-to-day distractions to concentrate on getting up to speed with the latest Rota Master developments. Courses held in the new facilities are being very well received.
Intradoc247 For CQC Registration
All providers of out of hours care that are not GP practices need to be registered with the Care Quality Commission by April 2012.
All services and regulated activities must be registered, not just out of hours service. This is a major exercise and will require considerable administate effort and involvement of all staff.
IQUS Limited has recently developed a strategic partnership with PinBellCom the General Practice Awards 2011 IT Company of the Year and has exciting plans to work with them on a number of fronts. Their management information system Intradoc247 is an excellent tool with which to document, manage and demonstrate CQC Compliance.
