IQUS Limited was formed in October 2000. Our primary product RotaMaster, the market-leading
personnel management and rostering solution used by UK unscheduled care providers. One of the most
critical parts of any providers business is getting the right person
to the right place at the right time at the right cost. This is one of the most challenging
aspects of running a service organisation and one where you can waste many valuable admin
hours and often end up with a poor result. All but the most simple of operations will have
too many variables and too many people involved to make manual rostering a simple task.
A computerised solution is needed. Our aim is to develop or acquire the best tools for
assisting the rostering process and thus become the automatic first choice for all
